The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

Custom-made or personalized watches.
Items marked as “Final Sale.”
Watches that have been modified or adjusted after purchase.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
